Starship Blend

Roaster's Notes: 

Starship Blend pairs three coffees: Guatemalan for body, Mexican for sweetness, and it's secret sauce: a wonderful anaerobic bean from Costa Rica for spice. The goal in crafting this blend was a comfortable cup that is familiar to "traditional" coffee drinkers, but complex enough to make you stop and savor the journey.
